Technologies Joins with Bevcorp
Marietta, GA - RDM Technologies, a newly
formed subsidiary of Enprotech Corp., acquired the assets
of RDM Technologies, Inc. of Marietta, GA on September 30,
2003. The new company will continue its operations, providing
sales, service, design and maintenance for the blending machines,
syrup rooms and refrigeration systems that RDM Technologies
Inc. previously sold. The brand names, Micro-Blend, SESCO
and RDM will be retained. Existing top management at RDM will
continue to provide leadership and expertise at the new company
which will remain in Marietta.
RDM
Technologies joins Bevcorp LLC, which was acquired by Enprotech
Corp. in 2002, as a related operation. Bevcorp LLC, located
in Cleveland, Ohio, is a leading supplier of replacement parts
for Crown fillers, rebuilt Crown fillers and brand new fillers
for carbonated soft drink, beer, water and dairy beverage
producers.
The
common ownership of RDM and Bevcorp, which each emphasize
customer service and customer satisfaction, will enable both
companies to cross-train their employees and integrate control
systems for the blending and filling business segments. "We
are excited about the company's future in the beverage industry.

which is responding very positively to us," states Bevcorp
President Mike Connelly.
According
to Dave Kemp, President of RDM Technologies, “Integrating
the blending and filling operations will address a need expressed
by our mutual customers. This is a great opportunity for us
both to provide a new level of customer service."
Enprotech
Corp., located in New York, NY, is major supplier of stamping
presses and press parts to the metal forming industry, flow
control systems to the steel industry and parts and controls
used in assembly line automation and chemical pilot plants.
