Up When It Matters

About Enprotech

Enprotech has been doing heavy industrial service work since before many of our customers' current equipment was installed.

We repair, rebuild, and support large industrial equipment for metal forming, stamping, forging, and steel and aluminum production operations. We've done this long enough to know how the problems show up, where the systems fail, and what it actually takes to fix them - not just patch them.

When your equipment is down, that experience is what you need. We operate across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico - with our multiple MRO facilities, talented field teams, and engineering resources, we respond fast to solve problems other shops walk away from.

About Enprotech

What We Do

We provide hands-on industrial equipment support across the full lifecycle - from emergency breakdown response to long-term lifecycle and capital planning.

Field Service & Emergency Repair

When something goes down, we respond — not eventually, now. Our field teams get on-site fast, diagnose the full system, and don't leave until the line is back up. No offshoring decisions, no layers of approval. We move.

Repair, Rebuild & Maintenance Planning

We handle structural repairs and full rebuilds to extend equipment life and reduce repeat failures. We also help operations plan outages so downtime is controlled, not reactive.

Controls, Automation & Safety Systems

Controls work is part of the job, not an afterthought. Whether it's tied to a rebuild or a standalone upgrade, we handle PLCs, drives, HMIs, and safety systems as part of the full scope.

Parts, OEM & Reverse Engineering

When original parts are worn out or no longer available, we find a solution. We supply OEM components and reverse-engineer replacements when originals can't be sourced.

Lifecycle & Outage Planning

Reactive maintenance is expensive. We help maintenance and reliability teams get ahead of failures — with condition assessments, planned outage support, and parts programs built around your actual run schedules. This is how you shift from firefighting to strategy.

Who We Work With

You run an operation where every hour of downtime is a real number on a real spreadsheet. You depend on large, heavy-cycle equipment — presses, rolling mills, forging machines, coil lines, material handling systems — and you can't afford a vendor who shows up slow, guesses at the diagnosis, or patches instead of fixes.

That's why they call Enprotech — and why many of them have been calling us for 10, 15, even 20+ years. When you know what you're getting, you don't shop around for it.

How We Approach Every Job

We don't treat every service call the same, but we do follow the same approach every time.

Gear

Start with the Equipment

We look at how your equipment actually runs — where it's stressed, where it fails, and what matters most for your uptime.

ShieldCheck

Find the Real Problem

We dig into the full system. Not just what failed, but why and what else might be at risk. Then we apply industry knowledge, evaluate your processes, and the entire system to determine root cause.

CheckCircle

Lay Out the Best Fix

Repair, rebuild, or upgrade. We walk through the options based on your timeline, budget, and what makes the most sense for long-term performance.

File

Get to Work

Our teams execute with a clear plan, tight coordination, and respect for your operations schedule. No delays waiting on decisions we should have made ahead of time.

CheckCircle

Help You Avoid the Next Failure

We stay involved. Parts support, lifecycle planning, and outage prep so you're not back in the same situation six months from now.

This isn't a five-step process we laminated on a wall. It's how we've run every job for 85+ years — and why our customers keep coming back for the next one.

Frequently asked questions

How long has Enprotech been in business?

We've been providing heavy industrial equipment service for over 85 years. That experience lives in our people and in the way we approach every job.

What industries do you serve?

We primarily work with metal forming, stamping, forging, and steel and aluminum production operations — high-output facilities where large, heavy-cycle equipment is central to production.

What types of equipment do you service?

Presses, forging and forming equipment, rolling mills, coil lines, material handling systems, and more. If it's large, heavy-cycle, and critical to your operation, we've likely worked on it.

Do you handle emergency breakdowns?

Most of our processing work is on older equipment. We know the equipment, we know how to source parts when the original manufacturer is gone, and we reverse-engineer components to OEM tolerances when we need to.

Can you support older equipment?

Yes. We repair and rebuild older equipment to extend its life without the cost of full replacement. Our OEM capabilities and reverse engineering support make that possible even when original parts aren't available.

Do you offer ongoing support or just one-time repairs?

Both. Some customers call us for emergency work. Others rely on us for ongoing lifecycle support, outage planning, and parts management. We adapt to what you need.

Do you work with multi-site or national operations?

Yes. We support customers across multiple facilities and regions, including operations in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. For multi-site accounts, we coordinate service, parts, and planning across locations to keep everything moving.
