We Find the Root Cause — Not Just the Failed Part
A crusher frame crack that keeps coming back has a cause. A gyratory that keeps throwing its mantle has a cause. Replacing the damaged component gets the machine running again but it doesn't stop the same failure from happening at the next scheduled outage. We look at the load path, the alignment, the surrounding structure, and the operating conditions to find what's actually driving the failure pattern.
Rebuilt for What Your Operation Actually Puts on the Equipment
We don't rebuild mining equipment to a nameplate spec. We rebuild it for the ore you're processing, the throughput you're running, the shock loads your crusher actually sees, and the duty cycle your conveyor actually runs. A rebuild that holds up in the shop has to hold up in the pit or the processing facility those are very different standards.
Work Planned Around Your Outage Window
Planned outages in mining are scheduled carefully and protected as much as possible. We work around those windows. We'll tell you what the rebuild scope is, what's realistic for the time you have, and what can be staged into a future outage if the scope is larger than the window allows.
You Know What's Coming After
When the work is done, you get documentation what we found, what we repaired, what the equipment was returned to, and what else needs attention on a timeline. That gives your maintenance team a clear picture going into the next planned outage instead of a question mark.
