OEM & Reverse-Engineered
Parts

One Source for the Parts That Keep You Running

When a critical part fails, you need it built right the first time. Close isn't good enough. A part that's slightly off can wear out fast, throw off tolerances, or take down the whole line.

Enprotech is the exclusive OEM for Verson® and Danly® presses, and we reverse-engineer parts for every other make and model using original manufacturing specs, 3D scanning, and metrology.

That means one partner can supply the part, whether it's OEM-certified for your Verson or Danly press, or engineered from scratch to match a machine the original builder stopped supporting years ago.

Where Parts Programs Break
Down

Press Rebuilds That Restore Forming Accuracy

OEM Support Disappears

Older presses lose factory support, and the parts that keep them running go out of production with them.

Roll Forming & Brake Press Service

Copies That Don't Hold Up

A part that's “close enough” wears out fast. Without OEM tolerances, a copy fails sooner than it should.

Controls and Drive Modernization

One Bad Part Shuts Down the Line

A single worn or mismatched component can stop an entire press line, not just the machine it was built for.

Exclusive OEM Authority for Danly® and Verson®

Enprotech holds exclusive OEM rights to build parts for Verson® and Danly® presses, the only outfit that can build to those specs from the original manufacturing drawings, not a guess based on the worn-out part in front of us.

For every other make and model, our engineers reverse-engineer components using 3D scanning and metrology, validated against the same standards we apply to Danly and Verson parts. Same accuracy, same process, any brand of press on your floor.

That makes Enprotech a one-stop shop for parts: OEM-certified where we hold the rights, and OEM-quality everywhere else.

What to Expect When You Order Parts From Enprotech

You get a part built to hold up, not just to fit.

  • You get a part built to OEM tolerances, whether it's Verson, Danly, or a machine the original builder no longer supports.
  • You get engineering review before the part ships, not a guess based on a worn sample.
  • You get parts tied into a lifecycle program, so the next one is ready before you need it.

Frequently asked questions

Are you only able to work on Verson and Danly presses?

No. We hold exclusive OEM rights to Verson® and Danly®, but we service, repair, and supply parts for presses, mills, and heavy equipment from any manufacturer.

What does “reverse-engineered” actually mean?

We rebuild a part using 3D scanning, metrology, and engineering drawings when the original manufacturer's specs aren't available. The result matches OEM tolerances, not just the shape of the worn part in front of us.

Why not just buy a cheaper part from a local shop?

A local shop can copy the shape of a part, but without OEM drawings or tolerance data, that copy often wears out faster. In a press line, one premature part failure can shut down the whole operation.

Do you stock parts, or build them on demand?

Both. We stock common OEM Verson® and Danly® components and can build to order for reverse-engineered parts. Our spare parts programs help you keep the right inventory on hand before something fails.

Can Enprotech supply parts as part of a larger service agreement?

Yes. Parts are one piece of our lifecycle programs, alongside maintenance scheduling, health assessments, and priority emergency response.
